Tour of Oman and Dubai Tour Description

The secret of Oman’s great untouched beauty is out. Peaceful and stable Oman has miles of beautiful empty sandy beaches. Inland the rugged mountainous terrain remains so remote in parts that only wolves and other creatures inhabit it. In recent years Oman has caught up with its more affluent neighbors but prefers to maintain a more traditional and conservative demeanor. By contrast, visitors to the United Arab Emirates like Dubai and Abu Dhabi are dazzled by the fantastic man-made real estate projects and the upscale shopping. Yet, here too we find contradiction with modernity in the daily observance of Islam and the continuation of the Bedouin tradition and life style.

Kutrubes Travel can also design custom itineraries to Oman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates of the region.

Day 4: NIZWA – AL AIN
After breakfast, you will depart for the United Arab Emirates. After completing border formalities, continue to verdant Al Ain for a full day tour. Al Ain, known as the “Garden City” is an approximately 1½ hour drive from Dubai. Its ancient underground irrigation system fed by springs is more than 2000 years old and brings the water to the date groves. The tour includes a visit to the Al Ain Museum, the Camel market, Animal market and the beautiful Al Ain Oasis. Abu Dhabi is a worldwide renowned booming business center and a blossoming tourist destination. Today’s tour includes a visit to the Petroleum Museum with exhibits illustrating the process involved from start to finish in the production of oil. Following the museum you will visit the Fishing port center and the Dhow Yard. See the traditional Gulf sailing crafts still being built by hand as they have been for thousands of years. Opposite the souk is the biggest mosque in the U.A.E., “the King Faisal Mosque.” Return to Dubai for overnight at Hotel.
