Since time immemorial, the lands of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan have witnessed many civilizations emerge, conquer, thrive and then vanish. Wave after wave of Nabateans, Ammonites, Edomites, Kanaanites, Greeks and Romans left its mark on the desert, hills and plains of Jordan. Today, the sites of Philadelphia (Amman of the Roman times), Gerasa (present-day Jerash) with its Colonnaded Street, Petra (the lost capital of the Nabateans) and a myriad of other destinations give visitors a glimpse into the history of Mankind. Jordan has never been easier to explore. Kutrubes Travel offers a variety of escorted tours that visit the major points of interest and that fit different schedule: from a 2-day weekend tour of Petra to an 8-day discovery of Jordan. All of these itineraries have guaranteed year-round departures with no minimum number of travelers. Travelers may join our tours in Amman, King Hussein (Allenby) Bridge or Sheikh Hussein Bridge in the north. Accommodation is offered in twin rooms in Luxury, Comfort and Value categories. Single rooms are available at a small supplement. Buffet breakfast is included daily. Our tour coaches, vans and limousines are all air-conditioned and meet the most stringent safety regulations. The tour escorts are all licensed guides chosen for their excellent knowledge of the history of Jordan, command of languages, and the courtesy to our guests.
