Day 1: Arrival
Arrival to Zagreb or Pula airport. Private transfer to Istria, a region of Croatia with millenniums of history, conveniently situated on the Adriatic Sea with a close proximity to Slovenia, Italy, and Austria. Enjoy Istria's picturesque hilly mainland, olives and vineyards, and beautiful coastline. Accommodation in an Agrotourism Villa, which offers an authentic rural ambience and traditional food and an opportunity to fully experience your host's country and its customs. Special homemade dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Olives
After breakfast, we will visit one of the most respected olive oil manufacturers in the area and his beautiful olive tree fields. He will personally explain how to cultivate an olive tree, how to preserve them over the years, how and when the olives should be picked, and most importantly, how to obtain the highest quality olive oil. You will have an opportunity to participate in the olive harvest and watch the olive oil being made. Next, we shall proceed to a cozy restaurant for lunch and enjoy a guided tour through National Park Brijuni, which consists of 14 untouched islands and was once a residence of Yugoslav President Tito. Return back to our Agrotourism Villa. Dinner based on olive oil and overnight.

Day 3: Truffles
After breakfast, visit the north inland of Istria, famous for its truffles, especially the extremely rare and hard to find white truffle. You will have an opportunity to participate in a truffle search with specialized trained dogs. You will learn what truffles look like, the difference between white and black truffles, how to search for them, and how to prepare them. Lunch at one of the Agrotourism Taverns in the area. Next, we will visit the picturesque hilltop town of Motovun and Hum, "the smallest city in the world," situated on a hilltop nearby. Return to Agrotourism Villa. Tasting of truffles and truffle products, dinner prepared with truffles, and overnight.

Day 4: Sightseeing
Breakfast and a day of relaxation and sightseeing. You will visit Pula, the biggest city on the peninsula, known for its 2000 year old Roman colosseum; Rovinj, the most romantic city, also known as the pearl of Istria; Poreè, the town famous for its basilica and its mosaics; and Pazin, the heart of Istria. We will enjoy a tasting of honey and its products and also a tasting of delicious homemade products and prosciutto at a village famous for the best prosciutto in Istria. Dinner at an authentic Istrian tavern within the Agrotourism. Overnight.

Day 5: Wine
After breakfast, we start with the best and most important task of this holiday, picking grapes. You will visit majestic vineyards of Istria, where the winemaker will share his knowledge, explaining all the important facts of growing grapes and making the best wine. After participating in grape picking, you will visit the cellar and enjoy wine tasting and lunch. Return to Agrotourism Villa. There will be a special dinner served, paired with different sorts of wines, and also a late night party with live music. Overnight.

Day 6: Ranch Adventure
Late breakfast and then set off to visit a ranch. Organized games, horseback riding, and an off-road ride adventure. Lunch on the ranch. You will then explore two more towns on the west coast of Istria, Labin and Rabac. Now a well-known and popular tourist destination, Rabac was once small fishing village. The medieval coalmining town of Labin is situated on the hill above Rabac, with magnificent views of the sea and its coastline. Possibility of hiking a trail connecting the two towns. Return back to Agrotourism. Time to relax and pack. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Private transfer to the airport.
